Tenants will be required to pay the following charges (where applicable):
Rent as agreed on the tenancy agreement.
A refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more than five weeks’ rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000, or six weeks’ rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above.
A refundable holding deposit to reserve a property capped at no more than one week’s rent.
Changes to tenancies will be charged at a capped amount of £50 inc VAT.
Early termination charge will not exceed the landlord’s financial losses.
For utilities, communication services, TV license and council tax etc, it is the tenants’ responsibility to inform the relevant parties of the start of their tenancy.
Loss of keys will be charged at a reasonable cost to replace or the tenants have an option to purchase the keys themselves.
